Village-Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) are the foundation of our model. We identify rural community members with entrepreneurial aspirations and equip them to run village-based enterprises bioresource centres, input shops, collection points that serve their own community. The income they earn stays in the village. The trust they build is local. The model is theirs.

Featured implementation: Handholding support to make VLEs operational. This work supports first-generation rural entrepreneurs through the most critical phase from setup to full operational readiness. It covers business training, day-to-day mentoring, problem-solving support, and confidence-building so VLEs can independently manage their enterprises.
